Dr. Eboni Webb
Dr. Eboni Webb earned her doctorate of clinical psychology in 2008 from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology (now Argosy University/Twin Cities).
She has practiced in numerous community settings including clinics that treated underserved communities of color, clients with developmental disabilities, and clients suffering from severe and persistent mental illness. She worked at the largest mental health clinic at the time in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area that specialized in treating clients diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She has practiced DBT for over five years and developed two special DBT-oriented treatment programs for clients with developmental disabilities and borderline-intellectual functioning.
Dr. Webb worked as an Assistant Clinical Director and Program Director at Mental Health Systems, PC (MHS) in Woodbury, MN specializing in DBT treatment for clients with BPD and Borderline Intellectual Functioning. During her time at MHS, Dr. Webb also was involved in DBT program development as well as the training of staff, interns, and practicum students in DBT and other therapy approaches.
Dr. Webb currently resides in Nashville, TN where she has recently opened therapy private practice, Kairos. She continues to specialize in individual and group DBT as well as cognitive-behavior strategies that address a myriad of clinical issues. She also offers special group therapies for African-American clients suffering from clinical depression and for parents of behavior-disordered children/dependents.
She has additionally accepted a position at the Argosy University-Nashville campus as an adjunct professor teaching Adult Psychopathology for the upcoming Fall session.
